KPMG Future Analytics

KPMG Future Analytics, previously Future Analytics Consulting, is an award winning and innovative consultancy which specialises in the areas of research excellence, data analytics, spatial planning, economic and socio-economic analysis.

KPMG Future Analytics, based in Dublin, Ireland, is actively engaged in the area of European research and development and has participated in 17 European Commission Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and HORIZON 2020 projects (with award-winning bid writing and project coordination expertise) investigating a diverse range of topics. KPMG FA has a special interest in the area of integrating security/safety and wider resilience into the urban environment and planning process. Within the security sphere, it has coordinated the successful delivery of the FP7 project HARMONISE and the HORIZON 2020 project RESILENS (both delivered on time and with strong impact for the sectors in which they focussed).

KPMG FA has enhanced its expertise further through cooperation in projects such as INDICATE, which covers energy efficiency in urban environments, and within COBACORE and S-HELP, which relate to crisis/emergency management and disaster recovery. KPMG FA is contributing to the research and development of improving post disaster response and recovery methods, enhancing emergency service response tools, and creating methodologies to assess the sustainability of urban areas with regard to the energy consumption of their built infrastructure.

In July 2012 and July 2015, KPMG FA (then Future Analytics Consulting) was one of the recipients of the Enterprise Ireland/President Michael D. Higgins ‘Ireland’s Champions of EU Research’ Awards as one of the most successful SME’s in Ireland in securing R&D funding under the EU FP7/HORIZON 2020 programmes.
